Daniel Daley, P.E.Emeritus

Mr. Daniel T. Daley is an online PDH course provider of continuing education courses for professional engineers.
 
Mr. Daley has spent much of his career as a practitioner and manager in the areas of reliability, maintenance and project management. He has designed and implemented improvement programs in these fields in a wide variety of industries.
 
Mr. Daley holds B.S. and M.S. degrees in mechanical engineering from the University of Nebraska and the University of Missouri, respectively. He is also a registered Professional Engineer-Emeritus.

David Nowacki, P.E.

Mr. David J. Nowacki is an online PDH course provider of continuing education courses for professional engineers.
 
Mr. Nowacki is an adjunct professor teaching graduate finance courses at Texas A&M University-Commerce and through the Mechanical Engineering Department at Southern Methodist University (SMU), Dallas Texas.
 
Mr. Nowacki has 20 years experience in the investment-banking arena having worked for Wall Street Firms in New York City, San Francisco, Houston and Dallas. His specialty is fixed income securities and derivatives including hedge securities. Mr. Nowacki also consults on merger and acquisitions, strategic planning and the venture capital arena.

David Simpson, P.E.

Mr. David Simpson is an online PDH course provider of continuing education courses for professional engineers.

Mr. Simpson has worked in the Oil & Gas industry since 1980 and is currently the Proprietor and Principal Engineer of MuleShoe Engineering.  Based in the San Juan Basin of Northern New Mexico, MuleShoe Engineering addresses issues in Coalbed Methane, Low Pressure Operations, Gas Compression, Gas Measurement, Field Construction, Gas Well Deliquification, and Produced Water Management.  

Prior to forming MuleShoe Engineering, Mr. Simpson was a Facilities Engineer for Amoco and BP for 23 years.  

As a Professional Engineer in NM and CO, Mr. Simpson has had numerous articles published in professional journals, has contributed a chapter on CBM to the 2nd edition of Gas Well Deliquification, by Dr. James Lea, et al.  In 2017, he completed Practical Onshore Gas Field Engineering published by Elsevier.  

Mr. Simpson is a regular contributor to various conferences on Deliquification, CBM, and Low-Pressure Operations.  He holds a BSIM from the University of Arkansas and an MSME from University of Colorado.

Debra Kennaugh, P.E.

Ms. Debra A. Kennaugh is an online PDH course provider of continuing education courses for professional engineers.
 
She is President and senior traffic engineer for Crossroads Engineering Inc. of Tampa Florida.  She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from the University of South Florida.  She is a registered civil engineer in the state of Florida and has over 25 years of traffic operations and traffic engineering experience.  Her experience includes working on traffic studies, access management, safety improvement studies and transportation statistics.  Plans production includes signing & pavement marking, signalization, lighting, roadway and maintenance of traffic.
 
Ms. Debra A. Kennaugh's work experience has been spent in both the private and public sectors.  For approximately half of her career, she worked for Parsons Brinckerhoff as a senior traffic engineer.  Some of her projects included the I-275/I-4 Downtown Interchange and Access Management District Wide contract.  Another large part of her career was spent with the Florida Department of Transportation.  She worked in both the Traffic Operations and Traffic Design departments.  Her responsibilities included managing safety improvement projects and managing traffic design projects.

Dmitry Shuster, P.E.

Mr. Dmitry Shuster is an online PDH course provider of continuing education for CEDengineering.com.

Mr. Shuster holds a Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering from the Polytechnic Institute of Novocherkassk, located in southern Russia. He began his carrier as an electrical engineer designing Russian power plants. Mr. Shuster then immigrated to the United States settling in Ohio and working as an electrical plant engineer. In 1998, he received his license to practice engineering in the state of Ohio.

Over the next 20 years, he was involved in many aspects of the plant electrical engineering responsibilities, including process automation, control system and electrical system design and installations. He received many service awards for successfully commissioning of new production lines domestically & internationally.

Dominic Perrotta, P.E.

Mr. Dominic Perrotta is an online PDH course provider of continuing education courses for professional engineers.
 
Mr. Perrotta is a graduate Electrical Engineer, with a degree in Industrial Management (from the Tepper School of Business) both from Carnegie Mellon University. He is a Registered Professional Engineer in the states of PA, AL, MS, TX and VA.
 
Mr. Perrotta has nearly forty years of experience in management, with the last twenty-five years as a Project Manager. He has been the Sr. Project Manager for several of the largest private industrial projects in the South.
 
Mr. Perrotta has been named the Project Manager of the Year by the ASPE, and has traveled extensively throughout North America, South America, Europe, and Asia.

Donald Parnell, P.E.

Mr. Donald Parnell is an online PDH course provider of continuing education courses for professional engineers.
 
Mr. Parnell (a licensed PE in the state of NC) has worked in the engineering profession, as a consulting designer and general design engineer for nearly 40 years. He has consulted for numerous electrical, mechanical, environmental, architectural & civil firms throughout the years. His lifetime experience includes design and engineering in: electrical transmissions and substations, GIS systems implementation and analysis, manufacturing and automation, process piping, transportation (roadway and bridge), commercial architecture and space-planning, and environmental, mining and geotechnical. He has been an engineering courseware developer and CE instructor for the past 10 years.
